Marketing and Product Claims Standard
Version: 2026-07-v1 · Effective date: 2026-07-18
This standard applies to the website, app shell, emails, notifications, support replies, social posts, advertisements, referral material, screenshots and owner-generated content for SlipCleaner. Owner/legal review is required before publication.
Core rule
Every claim must be truthful, specific, current, supported by evidence and consistent with the implemented service. Uncertainty and material limitations must not be hidden.
Prohibited claim types
- No certainty-of-result, profit-promise or “cannot lose” language.
- No official partnership, licensing, regulator approval or provider endorsement without written evidence.
- No universal bookmaker, sport, market, OCR or screenshot compatibility claim.
- No real-time/live-data claim where the product uses stored or periodically refreshed data.
- No “free” claim where a coin, payment, signup or material restriction is concealed.
- No fake user counts, testimonials, earnings, winners, odds, predictions or screenshots.
- No instant refund/support/settlement claim where timing is not controlled.
Approved description
SlipCleaner is a subscription-based sports data and decision-support service. It does not accept bets, hold betting funds, operate games of chance or pay winnings. It helps users review stored sports information, evidence and betting-slip risk; outcomes are not promised.
Pricing and referrals
State exact price, currency, coins, validity, expiry, cap and renewal behavior before purchase. Referral copy must match the implemented rule: a qualifying paid referral grants three slip-cleaning coins under recorded conditions; no cash commission or dashboard-day reward is promised.
